Winter

Lovers of skiing, snowboarding, cross-country and off-track skiing can enjoy a sporting holiday at one of the world's finest ski resorts in the very heart of the legendary Dolomites. From Villa Adriana you can walk or take the ski-bus to the facilities to the Seceda skiing area, located on the sunny side of Val Gardena in the Puez-Odle nature park and then go on to the famous “Sellaronda” ski circuit or to the fantastic Dolomiti Superski ski area. For those who prefer less demanding pistes, or for lovers of cross-country skiing, and for those who simply love to walk, the ideal venue is the most extensive mountain plateau in Europe, the Alpe di Siusi, which can be reached directly from Ortisei. The cable car is at just 5-8 minutes' walking distance. Also within walking distance is the cable railway to the Alpe Rasciesa. As well as enjoying the breathtaking landscape, families with children can have fun going down on the well-prepared toboggan run.

Summer

In the summer months, the mountain is no less fascinating than during the winter. As well as hiking, climbing and cycling (on a mountain or e-bike), there are many more or less challenging open-air activities that will delight guests.
Available recreational activities are completed by the Mar Dolomit aquatic centre, with its open-air and covered swimming-pools (the cost of admission is included in the price of the apartment), the Col de Flam adventure Park in Ortisei, several wellness centres, the Gherdëina Museum in Ortisei and many cultural and musical events.
